Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University, master's thesis in the field of contract law under the direction of Professor Mark Safjan, in 1993-1998 he studied the field of German and European law at the European University of Viadrina in Frankfurt on Oder, in the period from 2000 to 2004 worked for Kostrzyn Slubice Special Economic Zone in Kostrzyn on Oder, in 2000 passed judicial examination, a specialist in the field of public aid for entrepreneurs; speaks fluent German, author of the Polish translation of the European Union's Customs Code together with the implementation of rules and explanations, the author of publications in the field of company law and managerial responsibility.
