Robert Brandt

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, his MA dissertation on contract law was supervised by prof. Marek Safjan, PhD. Completed studies in German and European law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt on Oder. In the years 2000-2004, he worked for the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone in Kostrzyn on Oder. Passed the judicial examination in the year 2000. Specialises in state aid for entrepreneurs. Author of the Polish translation of the European Union’s Community Customs Code together with implementing provisions and explanations, and a publication on commercial companies and partnerships law and liability of managers. Languages: German and English. Awarded the prize for the best legal adviser in the Forbes Professionals Contest 2012.
